Assignment Contract Disclosure

Meridian Equity markets its equitable interest in real estate purchase contracts, not the property itself. When you reserve a deal, you are purchasing our position under a purchase and sale agreement in exchange for an assignment fee.

The Earnest Money Deposit becomes non-refundable upon expiration of the inspection period and is applied toward the purchase price at closing. Buyers are responsible for their own inspections, financing, and closing costs.

This is not a solicitation to act as a real estate broker. Meridian Equity operates under the principal-buyer / assignor doctrine consistent with applicable state law.
